As an avid traveler that loves to combine active recreation and relaxation, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vagabond Inn Sylmar in Los Angeles, California. My main goal on this trip was to explore the city's vibrant culture but also take some time for myself to recharge and unwind. Lucky for me, the hotel's amazing amenities made this possible.
One of my favorite features of the Vagabond Inn Sylmar was their outdoor swimming pool. The pool was the perfect size for laps and well-maintained, crystal clear water that was perfect for a refreshing dip. Additionally, the pool area was surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and even a few cabanas, for those who prefer some shade. I spent most of my afternoons basking in the LA sun while enjoying a good book and a cold drink by the poolside.
In addition to the swimming pool, the hotel also had a well-designed sun terrace, which was an ideal spot to catch the sunset. The terrace had plenty of seating options with comfortable couches and chairs, and it was the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. This area was overall quiet, peaceful, and offered stunning views, making it a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Overall, whether you are in Los Angeles for business, leisure, or relaxation, the Vagabond Inn Sylmar is an absolute must-visit hotel for anyone wanting to experience the perfect blend of activity and relaxation.
